This method involves placing the guava leaves in a boiling pot containing water and boil for the recommended time.

Measure out 5-10 tablespoons of grounds guava leaves and add to a boiling pot. Then, add 750ml or 1 liter of water into the boiling pot.
Place the boiling pot on heat and boil for about 15-20 minutes. After this time, remove the boiling pot from heat.
Allow the tea to cool down to room temperature in the boiling pot. When the tea cooled down, strain using a fine strainer of your choice into another clean container with lid and cover.
This is a method for ground guava leaves. Here is how to prepare with fresh guava leaves:
Find out 10-15 fresh guava leaves and wash them properly with clean water. Place these leaves into a boiling pot.
Then, add about 750ml or 1 liter of water into the boiling pot. Place the boiling pot on heat and boil for about 15-20 minutes.
Allow the guava leaf decoction to cool down to room temperature. Then, use your strainer to strain the guava leaf tea into another clean container with lid and cover.
How To Use Guava Leaves Tea
Divide the 1 liter guava leaf tea that you prepared into 4 parts.
Drink two parts during the first 24 hours of preparation. While the remaining two parts should drink during the next 24 hours.
